We were asked by the UK’s fastest expanding  trade only builders merchant group to develop a workshop for their buying team that would test, stretch and develop their senior buyers negotiation skills. The team were buying goods for re-sale and so it was crucial that they maximise the margin, but equally important, maintaining supplier relationships and supply of product.

We developed a two day intense intervention using business role play actors, a video production company and our highly researched tried and tested approach to negotiation. The result was a stretching, fun, practical two day workshop that gave the senior buyers a chance to re-evaluate the tools and techniques they used and try new ones in a safe environment.
