We set Breakthrough Change Management up to help organisations manage the people side of change.

Back in April 1998 John and Kay Walsh set up Breakthrough with the vision of working with companies on stimulating and challenging assignments where they genuinely wanted to make a real difference.

Our story started in the late 1980’s, both  John Walsh(Managing Director)and Kay Walsh(Operations Director) met and worked at a Global commercial bank in London. They noticed that it wasn’t the balance sheet and assets that made for a good lending decisions, it was also the people, their commitment and engagement with the organisation.

From this insight came the idea for Breakthrough Change Management an organisation that focuses on developing our clients to have High Performance Teams working in High Performance Cultures and supporting them with the people side of change.

Since 1998 we have worked with over 130 clients on four continents and now have a global network of 59 consultants speaking 12 different languages and based in 10 different countries. We have three offices, London, Toronto & Sydney. Phil Drouillard is our Managing Partner in Toronto and Lily Cubrillo is our Managing Partner in Sydney.

We have developed tried and tested practical processes for developing High Performance Teams, Organisational Culture Change and equipping your people with the right Business & Communication skills that give them the edge.
