How Breakthrough Change works


Stage 1
– what needs improvement?

At this stage, you’ve already identified an issue within your organisation that you want to improve. Maybe your outbound telesales team is having difficulty reaching targets, or you feel your business unit managers would benefit from a development programme. We will help you identify the issue you want addressed, so that we can start working towards the solutions.

Stage 2 – Breakthrough Change Management’s diagnostic with client

Having identified the issue in Stage 1, our next steps are to go through a diagnostic phase, gathering information about your organisation and specific areas of concern. This information will enable us to work with you to develop a solution that will work, and be sustainable. We don’t just look inside your organisation, but also from the outside in; for example, we might commission research and “mystery shopping” to get greater insights into the issues you have.

Stage 3 – solution proposed and agreed

You and your people need to buy into any solution we develop. That’s why we create a solution together. Our development process is completely open; our style of working is not to hide behind jargon and complex theories. We want you and your team onboard from the start. The proposed solution will be what we agree you need, not what we state you should have.

Stage 4 – solution implemented

Implementation of the solution can be in many forms, depending on your needs and the solution we have developed together. We might have agreed a management development programme, a change seminar, telesales training or a focused consulting project. The implementation process will be steered by our agreed solution in Stage 3.

Stage 5 – monitor and measure results

We won’t just walk away. If you want us to we can monitor and measure the key elements of your organisation to ensure that the solution we developed and implemented with you is sustained.
